Austria 2012 - Present day

KITTSEE, AUSTRIA
In summer of 2012, DPM Immobilen identified a project in Kittsee Austria. On this occasion, we joined with a group of Austrians to acquire 103,000 SQM consisting of 81 individual sites and under the SPV SKL GmbH all units were sold.

DPM Immobilien is now focused solely on the Austrian market. We have residential projects in Oberlaa, Klosterneuburg, Kierling, Guntramsdorf, Perchtoldsdorf, 1160 Wien and 1150 Wien. The projects are focused on end users in the residential market where quality of life, living and working are the core theme at the heart of each design!

History

TINA 7, TALLINN, ESTONIA
In 2001, DPM acquired land parcels in an emerging middle class district of Tallinn called Kadriorg.Tina 7 was located on a tree lined street in the centre of Tallin between the old town and the harbour in what is without doubt the most desirable residential area of the city.
Das WohnhaThe apartment block has been designed by Tallinn’s leading architect to make the best possible use of light sunshine and space. The project was a total of 27 apartments including the demolishing of an old existing building.

NAFTA STREET, TALLINN, ESTONIA
In 2003, DPM Immobilen acquired an additional project which was just a five minute walk from the main port of Tallinn, again the existing building involved removing tenants on agreeable terms, vacating the building and demolishing the site. In tandem, a planning permit was submitted for 97 units of residential complex, the project was completed and in 2006 having reviewed the market, I decided the local market was becoming volatile and we exited Estonia.

KIEV, UKRAINE
In 2004, we entered the Kiev market just post the ‘soft orange revolution’.The opportunity at the time was the early days and within a short period we acquired a number of apartments on the main khreshchatyk shopping street. The apartments were acquired, renovated and sold but it was my professional opinion that the market was full on uncontrollable and unforeseen unknowns. We exited the market in 2006.

BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA
In 2006, DPM Immobilen acquired 30,000 SQM of land in Dubravka. The land is zoned for civic amenities and have now changed the zoning to include mainly residential zoning. The project comprises of 208 apartments with office and kindergarden and adjacent to the project is a private sports club. The project was sold in 2016 to Cresco SK.

Highlights

Wine cellar:

The property already has a rustic, traditional wine cellar belonging to the former owner, the Tigerwurth winery. We have dedicated a special status to this piece of jewellery. Extensive revitalization will give this wine cellar a new lease of life. A new, stylish cast-iron entrance door, together with the modern lighting concept, creates an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The numerous revitalized wine compartments are assigned to the house owners. This gives every resident the ideal basis for the optimal storage of their favorite wine. A rustic, cozy Heurigen set invites every visitor to have a good drop.

Platform with a view:

The ZEN 31 project offers another special highlight - a viewing platform at the highest point of the property with a spectacular view over the rooftops of Vienna. This romantic square with pergola and vines creates unforgettable moments for young and old.
